What's Happening Now
Cougar: Sunday(June 21st) at 11:30pm a cougar was spotted between D and E buildings. Please walk your dogs close to your condo in the evening until we know the animal has moved on from the property. We have reported it to Gold Creek, Monte and the Department of Wildlife.
Next COA Meeting: September 16th, 2026 at 5:30pm in the Clubhouse.
Pool Opening: The pool opened Tuesday, June 2nd. Please do not prop any doors or gates open as this is a Health Department violation. Thank you! Have a wonderful summer!
