What's Happening Now
Next COA Meeting: June 17th, 2026 at 5:30pm in the Clubhouse.
Painting: Beginning the second week in May our Clubhouse and Garages will be painted. If you have parking stalls next to the garages please park in a visitor stall until the painters are done each day. Painting may take a couple weeks depending on the weather.
Recycling Bin: The City has approved us for the return of recycling cardboard services. ONLY CLEAN CARDBOARD AND NO GARBAGE CAN BE PLACED IN THE BIN! The bin is to the left of the dumpster. Please notify the board if you see the bin being misused.
