SEEKING TO BUY: Two current lease holders are seeking to buy a two bedroom and a three bedroom condo. Another homeowner is seeking to buy a garage. (Please use the contact us form to inquire.)

Guest Parking Pass Pilot Project
Beginning September 25th, 2025 the board will be implementing a parking pilot project. If you have a regular guest, like a family member or care taker, who is on property frequently you can now give them a parking pass they will keep in their car. When they arrive on the driveway:
- Hang the pass from their rearview mirror for Security to view and they will be waved through. If you have an additional private stall please have them park there, otherwise a visitor stall is their next choice.
- During this test period which ends 12/31/2025 each condo is eligible for 2 passes. Please complete the inquiry form on this website to obtain passes.

Clubhouse Reservations
Clubhouse Reservation Note: reservations are not confirmed until you provide 2 checks payable to Gold Pointe COA:
- One for $25 for the clubhouse use rental and
- One for $100 as a refundable deposit (provided the clubhouse is left clean and in order).
You may drop these checks in the green drop box located in the clubhouse.

Food Drive: October 30-November 8th, 2025 - Thank you for your generous donations. We were able to donate 9 bags and 2 boxes of food which was sorely needed.
Insurance Renewal: The COA Insurance renewal certificate is now viewable in the 'Resources' tab on the website. We were able to renew at a savings with no change in coverage.
Landscaping Investation: Beginning the week of November 17-21, Nasim will be treating several European Beetle infestations in the lawn. The beetle is invasive and eats the roots of the grass during the larvae stage it is in now. Crows have been eating the larvae but tearing up the lawn to get to them. Please avoid these damaged areas with pets.
