Guest Parking Pass Pilot Project

Beginning September 25th, 2025 the board will be implementing a parking pilot project. If you have a regular guest, like a family member or care taker, who is on property frequently you can now give them a parking pass they will keep in their car. When they arrive on the driveway:

1. Hang the pass from their rearview mirror for Security to view and they will be waved through. If you have an additional private stall please have them park there, otherwise a visitor stall is their next choice. 
2. During this test period which ends 12/31/2025 each condo is eligible for 2 passes. Please complete the inquiry form on this website to obtain passes.

Clubhouse Reservations

Clubhouse Reservation Note: reservations are not confirmed until you provide 2 checks payable to Gold Pointe COA:

• One for $25 for the clubhouse use rental and
• One for $100 as a refundable deposit (provided the clubhouse is left clean and in order). 
  
  You may drop these checks in the green drop box located in the clubhouse.

What's Happening Now

Tree Removal/Pruning: Archon will be removing damaged trees and pruning others on Feb. 2nd. The driveway will be blocked for a short amount of time to remove a large pine on the driveway.

Next COA Meeting:  2026 Budget Ratification Meeting, February 18, 2026 at 5:30pm in the Clubhouse.  Zoom attendance will be available. Please email: Carol@diamondcm.net to request the link.
