Parking Lot: The sealing and striping of the parking lot is complete. AC MOATE will be on property August 18th to paint a couple visitor stalls that were incorrectly marked. Homeowners do not need to do anything for these corrections to be completed. Thank you everyone for your cooperation.

Window Washing: Rain and Shine will wash windows on August 20th at 8am. Please make sure your windows are closed. They will have to skip any that are open.

Next COA Meeting: September 16th, 2026 at 5:30pm in the 

Painting: The painting of the Clubhouse and garages is complete. Painting of the facia boards and support structures on the carports will be done in 2027.

Recycling Services:  We now have all types of recycling on property. Please make sure the right waste is in the correct bin. 

1) Cardboard: The bin is to the left of the dumpster at the top of the driveway. ONLY CLEAN CARDBOARD AND NO GARBAGE CAN BE PLACED IN THE BIN!  Please notify the board if you see the bin being misused.

2) Glass: There are two glass bins in the recycle center next to the cardboard bin.

3) Plastic/Aluminum: Beginning on July 20th plastic and aluminum recycling is available at the recycle center in front of A building.  

4) Mixed Paper: You can add Junk Mail to the plastic and aluminum cans also. Please follow the designated instructions on the bins.

Roof Replacement: The assessment is $450/year and begins Febuary 1, 2026 and is payable by each homeowner by January 31, 2027. The board will decide on which building will be done next as soon as all roof assessment payments are received. Thank you.

Parking Pass: if you have a visitor or care taker who is on property regularly you can obtain a parking pass which they leave in their car and place on their rear view mirror each time they arrive. To obtain a pass please send in your inquiry form from the website.

Landscape Committee: The landscape committee has been working tirelessly relocating plants that have been blocking water sources, windows and planted to close to building structures. It is important to remember the landscape plants are not designed to provide privacy. Any resident experiencing problems with plant life impeding their property please notify the board by submitting an inquiry through the website.
